Product and Price Information While VizslaTea has endeavored to display products and their colors as accurately as possible, the displayed colors of the products depend on the user's monitor, and VizslaTea cannot guarantee that the monitor will accurately reflect the actual colors of the products. The displayed products may be out of stock or no longer available, and prices are subject to change.
Shipping and Customs When your order is placed, VizslaTea will send you a preliminary confirmation. Please note that all items are custom-made specifically for each customer; therefore, production can take up to 5 business days. Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with the final confirmation and tracking instructions. Items will arrive in 1–10 business days, depending on the delivery location. Note: For international orders outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties and import taxes.
Returns and Exchanges Not happy with your order? Please contact VizslaTea via email at hello@vizslatea.com as soon as possible.
Custom-Made Policy: Since our products are manufactured individually according to your order, we do not accept returns for changes of mind or incorrect size selection.
Defective Items: In the event of a manufacturing defect or damaged goods, you have the right to request a replacement or a refund within 14 days of receiving the item.
All returned goods must be unused, in the original packaging, and in resalable condition. You are responsible for the shipping costs of returned items. Items lost in transit will not be compensated.
For approved refunds, payments will be processed within 30 days using the same method used for the purchase.

Termination This agreement is effective until terminated by either you or VizslaTea. VizslaTea may also terminate this agreement at any time without notice if you fail to comply with any term or provision of this agreement.
